Sykes Entreprises Eastern Europe, a part of the Sykes Group, has launched an offer of 92 customer service vacancies in its offices in Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu and Oradea. Convergys Outsourcing Provider moves to Openville Timisoara and will increase the team. The Convergys Center in Timisoara was opened in 2011 to provide services in German and the new offices, which will be operational until the beginning of the summer, have the capacity to support over 500 jobs, according to the information provided.
