History
Established in 1998.
I attended my first yoga class in 1989 and was hooked immediately. I had never felt so relaxed in my life! I used yoga daily during my two pregnancies and delivered my children with yoga as sole pain relief technique. Since then I trained in a variety of techniques including Chelation, Tera Mai Reiki, Magnified Healing, Creative Writing, Dance, Shamanism, Holistic Massage and Aura-Soma.
I qualified as Yoga teacher from Yoga Therapy & Training Centre, Newry in 1998 and have been teaching Yoga, Healing & Creativity since then.
I trained in Reiki in 1996 and became a Reiki teacher in 2000.
Since 2000, I have been actively involved with radio broadcasting, producing a weekly Holistic Show as well as several documentaries, 2 yoga DVDs and a Healing Meditation CD.
I have been writing articles for various publications on a regular basis.
What I love most is to share what I have learned and witness the changes in my clients and students.

I have been living in Dublin for 21 years.
I have over 15 years’ experience of coaching stress reducing techniques and team building exercises which I tailor to the needs of my clients be that individuals or groups of all ages and backgrounds. I am committed to deliver quality tuition tailored to the needs of groups and individuals, to promote a healthy lifestyle and to encourage positive changes in people’s lives. In promoting health and well-being, we are offering a model of healthy living with effective, easy to use stress reducing techniques, concentration exercises, and physical fitness tailored to the needs of each group.
