For the past 15 years plus I have practised yoga and meditation regularly. After my studies in English Literature and Philosophy the time came to dedicate myself to my passion of physical, mental and spiritual well-being so i began the journey of training in yoga, pregnancy yoga, lomi lomi massage and many more physical and energetic therapies which help restore the mind-body and uplift us!
