50 works by Lucian Freud come to IMMA and are presented in a dedicated Freud centre in the stunning Garden Galleries. Regarded as one of the world’s greatest realist painters, Freud is renowned for his stunning portrayal of the human form.
Staff at IMMA are delighted to have secured this important long term loan which features the artist’s finest paintings as well as his personal etchings offering visitors the perfect insight into Lucian Freud interests and enduring artistic practice.
